Responsibilities

• Conduct an initial interview to determine the needs of the client and explain all available insurance policy options.
• Conduct field underwriting with utmost integrity.
• Ensure that all medical and other necessary forms are filled out and submitted.
• Arrange a payment method with the applicant.
• Follow up on claims filed by clients.
• Process all insurance policy requests.
• Provide ongoing support to clients.
• Establish and support team members to hit agreed-upon KPIs.
• Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
• Recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines.
• Maintain a competitive, fun, and inclusive environment.

Compensation is highly customizable and should be discussed directly with the onboarding manager. The salary range is USD $50,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 per year.
