Qualifications

• Active NCCPA board certification.
• New Jersey PA license with prescriptive authority.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and preventive care for patients aged 16+.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Formulate and adjust patient-centered treatment plans based on findings.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care transitions, referrals, and multidisciplinary collaborations.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR).
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations.
