Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in State College, Boalsburg, Bellefonte, and surrounding areas. You will provide non-medical care and companionship in clients' homes, helping with daily tasks and improving quality of life.

The role offers a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time options, paid time off, dental and vision insurance, training, and a path to meaningful work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Background check required and willingness to submit to random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Help older adults with daily tasks such as light housekeeping and organization.
• Accompany seniors to the store, Doctor appointments, pharmacy.
• Organize transportation for appointments and activities.
• Demonstrate genuine concern about helping others.

Become an in-home caregiver with Comfort Keepers Keepers and join a compassionate team dedicated to providing personal care and companionship for older adults in State College, Boalsburg, Bellefonte, and surrounding areas of Center County.

You will allow seniors the comfort of receiving non-medical care in the familiarity of their own homes. In addition to helping older adults maintain their health and well-being, you will work to provide them with positive experiences that enhance the quality of their lives.

Benefits for caregivers

• $14.00 per hour Monday- Friday Non-weekend schedule
• $17.00 Per hour Monday- Friday & alternating weekends(Saturday & Sunday)

Responsibilities for caregivers

• Help older adults with Daily task such as light housekeeping and organization

• Must accept responsibility for learning and adhering to comfort keepers policies and procedures, function in the home setting with minimal direct supervision, and maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members.
