Job summary

BAS Healthcare, Inc. seeks an Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for Family Practice in Columbus, MT. You will provide services in a 16-bed department with variable patient encounters per shift, including inpatient ED duties in a Level 4 trauma facility.

Must hold Montana medical license or IMLC eligibility, and be board-certified or eligible, with ACLS/ATLS/BLS/PALS certifications. July 1, 2026 start; malpractice covered; weekly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care with variable encounters per shift.
• Work in a 16-bed inpatient department with variable census.
• Inpatient Emergency Department duties in a Level 4 trauma facility.
• Collaborate with trauma team and hospital staff in acute care settings.
