Job summary

TEKsystems in Monroe, LA is seeking an intermediate P6 Scheduler to partner with the Project Manager to create timetables and manage time and resources to keep tasks on track. The first 6 months include onsite meetings with GCs, subs and field management.

You will monitor workload, coordinate with PM and leads/superintendents, generate weekly and monthly reports, and help implement project processes. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role with strong scheduling focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Primavera P6.
• Scheduling experience within commercial construction.
• Ability to create timetables and manage time/resources to keep work on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain project timetables and resource allocations.
• Meet with GCs, subs and field management onsite in the first 6 months.
• Coordinate with PM and leads/superintendents to maintain the project calendar.
• Identify schedule variances and report to Project Management.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Project Manager.
• Support process improvements and promote TEKsystems' culture.
