Résumé du poste

Per Sé Group seeks an owner-side scheduling professional in Harrah, OK, to review and challenge Primavera P6 schedules for major power-generation projects valued at $50M+. You will verify that the schedule tells an accurate story of field progress and risks, and you will push for realistic, executable plans.

You will work with project managers, EPC teams, and field stakeholders to resolve conflicts, forecast timelines, and bring a broader project-controls mindset to cost and risk decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Primavera P6 on major capital construction projects.
  • Owner-side scheduling and schedule governance experience preferred.
  • Ability to challenge logic, durations, float, and progress against reality.

Responsabilités

  • Review EPC-developed Primavera P6 schedules for $50M+ projects.
  • Challenge schedule logic, durations, critical path, milestones, and resource assumptions.
  • Track actual construction progress and identify risks before delays.
  • Collaborate with project managers, EPC teams, and field stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
  • Develop forecasts, critical path analyses, and schedule reports for leadership.

Description du poste

You know a clean P6 update doesn't necessarily mean the project is healthy.

This is an owner's-side scheduling role on major fossil power construction. The EPC owns the detailed schedule. You'll be the person reviewing it, challenging it, and making sure the story it tells matches what's actually happening in the field.

What you'll do:
  • Review and oversee EPC-developed Primavera P6 schedules for major capital construction projects of $50M+.
  • Challenge logic, durations, critical path, float, milestones, resource assumptions, and progress when the schedule doesn't match reality.
  • Track actual construction progress against plan and identify risks before they turn into project delays.
  • Work directly with project managers, engineers, EPC teams, and field stakeholders to resolve schedule conflicts and keep execution moving.
  • Develop forecasts, critical path analysis, and schedule reporting that give project leadership a clear picture of where things stand.
  • Bring a broader project-controls mindset to schedule, including risk, scope, earned value, and the cost implications of schedule decisions.
  • Help the owner make informed decisions instead of simply accepting the contractor's latest update.
What you get:

$90-$95/hour, plus $800/week per diem. You'll also receive standard IRS mileage for mobilization and, upon successful completion, demobilization. This is a 40-hour/week assignment, typically 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, currently scheduled through July 2027.

More importantly, you get a seat on the owner's side of major power-generation construction, where your analysis can directly influence project decisions.

Who you are:

You've been around enough major capital construction to know when an EPC schedule deserves another question.

You bring strong P6 skills, owner's-rep experience overseeing EPC execution, and experience with complex energy construction, ideally utility power generation. You're comfortable with projects north of $50M and think beyond dates and activities into risk, scope, cost, and execution.

If your background is exclusively outages or turnarounds, this probably isn't the right project. If you've supported major power-generation construction, that's a different conversation.

Ecosys experience and cost-controls knowledge would make you especially interesting.
