The Inside Broker executes sales activity in a structured, high-volume environment, primarily through phone-based interactions. This role identifies, solicits, and places appropriate insurance coverage by utilizing accessible markets while serving as an intermediary between agents and carriers. The core function of this role centers on efficient deal execution, transactional production, and supporting new and renewal business to meet or exceed brokerage team production goals.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant insurance designation preferred.
Experience within wholesale insurance, including quoting, placement, or account management responsibilities.
Experience expectations increase across the career path, with progression toward more complex deal execution and broader market responsibility.
Appropriate state-specific insurance license required. Additional certifications may be pursued to support technical development and career progression.
The annual base salary for this position is $148,000 - $185,000.
