Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial models for potential projects.
Support origination and pre-development activities in P3 deals.
Assist with responses to public procurements and RFIs/RFPs.
Compile documentation for financial closings and project reports.
Coordinate with state agencies, higher education institutions, and partners.
Help track budgets and performance against projections.
Maintain P3 development databases and related docs.
