Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, or related field with 60 ECE credits.
• New Jersey P-3 certification required; Standard or CEAS preferred, can accept CE with proof of completed EPP.

Aufgaben

• Plan curriculum following the prescribed curriculum with age-appropriate, child-centered lessons.
• Adhere to learn-through-play and NAEYC philosophy; participate in planning and activities.
• Supervise staff to uphold DOE/OOL/DHS/NAEYC guidelines for interactions and redirection.
• Maintain daily records of attendance, emergency contacts, trip binders and allergy reports.
• Communicate child progress with parents; ensure confidentiality and respectful interactions.
• Conduct developmental assessments and schedule family conferences at least 3 times per year.
