Responsibilities

• Physical demand: The P2001 press produces many different parts using multiple dies.
• Horizontal lift (Frequently) – 35# to lift a stack of 3 rails off the end waist high conveyer belt.
• Low lift (Frequently) – 35# to lower and place the stack of rails in the storage bin.
• Torso twist, forward bend, and reach (Frequently) – twist at the waist, bend, and reach to slot rails.
• Push/Pull (Occasionally) – 60# to move the full storage bins to the forklift pickup spot.
• Standing tolerance, vision, and hearing (Continuously).

The employees perform a unique task for each part.
