The employees perform a unique task for each part. The most strenuous tasks are listed below.Horizontal lift (Frequently) – 35# to lift a stack of 3 rails off the end waist high conveyer belt.Low lift (Frequently) – 35# to lower and place the stack of rails in the storage bin.Torso twist, forward bend, and reach (Frequently) – During the process of moving the rails the employee twists at the waist, bends, and reaches to slot the rails in the correct spot.Push/Pull (Occasionally) – 60# to move the full storage bins to the fork lift pick up spot.Standing tolerance, vision, and hearing (Continuously)Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
