Pearle Vision - Gene Gold - Parent Account in Brewster Heights, NY is seeking a Part-Time Optical Lab Technician with hands-on experience in lens preparation, edging, fitting and dispensing.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining lab equipment (edger, lensometer), cutting and edging lenses, verifying measurements, assisting with eyewear dispensing and ensuring fit, and keeping the lab organized and clean. Excellent teamwork and communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous optical lab or optician experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lenses, prescriptions, measurements, and eyewear.
• Comfortable operating an edger and lensometer.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
• Professional and dependable with excellent communication skills.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Optical Technician to join our optical team. The Position is ideal for someone with hands on optical experience who is knowledgeablein lens preparation,edging, fitting and dispensing.
