Job summary

Solidigm Inc. in Rancho Cordova, CA, is seeking a Business Operations Manager, Finance Transformation & Automation, to lead coordination and improvement of financial planning, reporting, governance, and transformation activities in partnership with Solidigm Finance.

You will drive timely, accurate analyses and materials for decision‑making, and advance scalable planning through process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled solutions with cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Finance Operations, Financial Planning, Consulting, or a related role.
• 3+ years of experience managing an organizational budget through an annual planning cycle, including forecast collection, actuals tracking, forecast‑to‑actual variance analysis, and improvement actions based on findings.
• Experience developing leadership presentations, analyses, briefing materials, and decision‑support content that synthesized complex financial or operational information into clear recommendations, risks, trade‑offs, and decisions.
• Experience documenting at least two end‑to‑end business processes and translating stakeholder needs into documented business and functional requirements.
• Demonstrated experience implementing at least two automation, AI‑enabled, workflow‑redesign, or enterprise‑application solutions that produced measurable improvements in quality, scalability, reporting accuracy, cycle time, or operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead at least two cross‑functional initiatives involving three or more stakeholder groups through influence, documented decisions, and stakeholder engagement without direct organizational authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate DCE annual and rolling financial planning and budget management, including consolidation, validation, and decision‑ready recommendations for DCE leadership.
• Analyze budget forecasts, spending, and purchase requests to identify savings opportunities, strengthen spending discipline, and inform Procurement negotiations for future purchases.
• Coordinate the evaluation, selection, and implementation of solutions supporting DCE financial management in partnership with Solidigm Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment to business needs, measurable value, and sustainable support.
