What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage bridge design, analysis, and rehabilitation projects.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring projects meet their needs.
• Independently manage budgets, schedules, and project execution.
• Conduct bridge inspections and structural assessments for maintenance and rehabilitation planning.
• Collaborate with DOTs, municipalities, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide technical oversight during construction, reviewing designs, shop drawings, and responding to RFIs.

What You Bring to the Team:

• PE License.
• Experience in bridge design, analysis, and project management.
• Ability to manage clients and build long-term relationships.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills ability to manage and develop a team.
• Technical expertise in bridge engineering, including load ratings, structural analysis, and AASHTO standards.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software (SAP2000, MIDAS Civil, LARSA 4D, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Independent problem-solver who can work autonomously while also collaborating with teams.
