Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day P&D operations with staff and ICs/ISPs.
• Ensure DOT compliance and record accuracy for driver and entity files.
• Supervise safety programs and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Customer Pickup Coordination and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and enforce terms of agreements.
