Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a P&C Sales Leader to join our Alpharetta, GA team. The role focuses on directing Sales Producers, driving new business growth, and boosting renewal retention.

You will coordinate cross-sell opportunities, manage the Business Development Unit, and lead sales meetings. Responsibilities include supporting producer plans, refining sales tools, expanding client relations, and training new producers while ensuring CRM system effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Licenses & Certifications: Licensed as an insurance agent in the State they reside in.
• Skills & Experience to be Successful: Knowledge of operating rules, regulations, and policies; ability to plan, organize, supervise subordinates; leadership; strong written and verbal communication; proficient with computers.
