Gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent – P&C Licensed to join a mentor-led training program in Palm Springs. You will learn the insurance business from the ground up, building your book of business through guided selling and ongoing support from a seasoned mentor.

The role emphasizes growth, with structured mentorship, paid training, and a clear path to leadership as you deliver tailored insurance solutions and nurture long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products such as property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
• Participate in sales, marketing, promotions, and telemarketing activities to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with your mentor and team to achieve sales goals and meet performance standards.
• Adapt quickly to changes in products, regulations, and client preferences.
