What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualify and classify applicants, and provide coverage consultation to small business owners
- Sell small business lines coverage including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and Bonds
- Work as an effective team member in a high-performing sales culture
- Prioritize and manage desk while delivering timely outcomes to customers
- Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
- 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty experience
- Call center experience valued
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell complex messages
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
