AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Producer for a Dunellen, NJ-based independent agency.

The role focuses on writing and growing a Property and Casualty book for Commercial and Personal lines, with access to multiple carriers and a path to build a long-term book of business. This on-site position offers a base salary up to $60,000 plus commission, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience in Personal and Commercial lines.
• Active Property and Casualty license.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationships.
• Write, service, and grow a P&C book of business for Commercial and Personal Lines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Build relationships with carriers to provide competitive coverage solutions.
• Mentor junior producers and support office operations.
