• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Substantial experience with bad-faith insurance matters.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Federal or state appellate clerkship experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Represent insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze policies, coverage issues, exclusions and applicable case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate with clients on case developments, strategy and next steps.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to develop effective strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented environment with drive and quality work.
