Miami, Florida – an AmLaw 200 firm seeks an Associate Attorney in its Property & Casualty Insurance practice. Hybrid work arrangement, focusing on sophisticated insurance coverage disputes and bad-faith matters, with a collaborative culture that values initiative and client service.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, an active Florida Bar license in good standing, and 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience, including bad-faith matters and strong writing skills.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skills.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing, required.

Responsabilidades

• Represent insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze insurance policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related insurance disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters efficiently meeting court, client, and internal deadlines.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and next steps.
• Collaborate with partners, associates and clients on litigation strategy.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team environment offering high-quality work.
