RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Property & Casualty Insurance practice in Miami, Florida. The hybrid role demands 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience and excellent writing, research, and client-service skills.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, Florida Bar in good standing, and will represent insurers in complex matters, including bad-faith disputes, with a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record and writing skills.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Experience handling bad-faith insurance matters.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Clerkship with federal or state appellate court is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other documents.
• Conduct legal research and write analyses on coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters to meet court, client, and internal deadlines.
• Communicate with clients about case developments and strategy.
• Collaborate with partners and professionals to develop litigation strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team environment with responsiveness and high-quality work.
