The role centers on developing P&C products, managing regulatory filings, and handling claims‑related matters with a hands‑on, deal‑oriented approach.

The ideal candidate has 8–14 years of insurance law experience, a JD, and strong knowledge of multi‑state P&C requirements. In‑house carrier or reinsurer experience is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with P&C product development and launches.
• Experience with multi-state regulatory filings and product approvals.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate P&C insurance and reinsurance agreements, filings, and policy forms.
• Provide legal guidance on product development, compliance and launch strategy across states.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams on new product initiatives ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Advise on claims handling, processing procedures, policy interpretation, and disputes.
• Support deal processes including due diligence, structuring, and regulatory approvals.
