Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled candidate to support Account Management and Sales teams in New York. The role requires strong Property & Casualty Insurance experience, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

In this position, you will coordinate marketing processes, manage client interactions, and prepare strategic materials. An active insurance license is needed, or the candidate should be willing to obtain it within three months.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience, preferably within a brokerage environment.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Management and Sales teams, ensuring clients’ needs are met.
• Coordinate and complete the marketing process for new and renewal group business.
• Prepare client communication materials for strategic planning and reviews.
