We are currently seeking a P&C Insurance BI Consultant to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Job Description:

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities. The section IT Business Solutions delivers business value through management of IT products including execution of change projects, and delivery of agile IT project and product management, application development, and IT operational support. The product and project portfolio of IT Business Solutions covers all underwriting, pricing, and claims management solutions for all Non-Life Reinsurance lines of business in the Americas.

To complement our teams of recognized business experts, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to assume the role of Sr BI Consultant.

The Consultant will play a key role in the operation and support of the MRAS North America RI P&C applications. The role will report to the Manager of Subsection Business Solutions RI P&C - North America and be a key technology support partner in developing functionality for Power Platform based solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring products are developed and maintained to deliver high-quality results based on industry and Munich Re standard solutions, aligned with risk and compliance requirements.

• Host, extend, and maintain the functionality of Microsoft Power Platform - 8+ years
• Identify and implement business requirements - 5+ years
• Incorporate technologic solutions with business-related processes - 5+ years
• Consult and implement customized digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform - 8+ years
• Provide support and solutions for all phases of the digitalization lifecycle - 5+ years
• Strong interaction with business department
