The role emphasizes SQL, data mapping, and business analysis, with close collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in policy and claims data, data accuracy, and data delivery

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on data analysis, mapping, and transformation in enterprise environments.
Strong SQL proficiency with analytics functions and performance tuning.
Experience developing STTM documents and understanding ETL/data flows.

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end data analysis, including profiling, validation, and transformation for large-scale data projects.
Develop source-to-target data mappings (STTM) and documentation from business requirements.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders.
Collaborate with data engineers and developers to implement data consolidation and standardization.
Optimize complex SQL queries for performance and accuracy on large databases.
Participate in data quality assessments and propose cleansing or enrichment strategies.
Apply P&C insurance domain knowledge to align data with business processes.
