Job summary

WAHVE seeks experienced Personal Lines insurance professionals to join our remote, long-term team as Account Managers. You will manage client accounts, provide exceptional service, and support the placement of new and renewal risks.

Responsibilities include preparing applications, issuing COIs, obtaining quotes, binding coverage, and endorsements, with preference for EPIC/AMS360/Sagitta/Hawksoft experience. Flexible full- or part-time schedules offered with company benefits.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience in general
• 10 most recent years of Personal Lines P&C insurance experience

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts with focus on relationship building and exceptional service.
• Prepare applications and market new/renewal risks.
• Review contracts and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Obtain quotes and bind policies.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We have assignments available to help our Property & Casualty independent retail broker clients in Personal Lines for Account Manager positions. Responsibilities may include:

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare applications, and market new and renewal risks.
• Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s).
• Obtain and/or review quotes.
• Bind and/or check policies.
• Request endorsements.
• Experience using EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management system is preferred. Current HIGH DEMAND for EPIC.
