Clyde’s Tower Oaks Lodge in Rockville, MD is hiring an Oyster Shucker to join our rustic lodge team. You will shuck fresh oysters, keep the bar stocked, and help with food prep, following Clyde’s standards. Flexible shifts and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and service-focused with hospitality mindset.
• Experience as cook and/or oyster shucker preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Shuck fresh oysters, prep for packing.
• Keep oyster bar stocked and organized.
• Follow Clyde’s recipes and plating standards.
• Provide fast, accurate shucking.
• Assist Chef and team with food prep.
• Store and use tools safely.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
