Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Warehouse Technician to join our Transfill Division.

If you have experience in warehouse operations, equipment handling, or mechanical work, you will play a vital role in preparing life-sustaining oxygen for patients across the region. In this role, you’ll safely fill high-pressure oxygen cylinders, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate documentation in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year or more of warehouse, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs or more and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Fill and prepare high-pressure oxygen tanks for delivery to healthcare locations.
• Operate and maintain filling equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Complete production and delivery documentation accurately and legibly.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in hazardous materials handling training.
• Identify and report equipment hazards or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and compliant work area in accordance with company, city, and state regulations.
• Learn and develop technical knowledge of respiratory products and durable medical equipment (DME/HME).
• Support quality improvement initiatives and meet JCAHO standards.
• Process orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
