Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. in Boothwyn, PA is seeking a Production Technician Oxygen Transfill to participate in all production aspects of filling high pressure medical oxygen cylinders in a regulated environment.

You will perform prefill inspections, filling, and post-fill processes, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and compliance with FDA-related policies. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to operate PIT and Hazmat training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass company standard background check.
• Three years’ manufacturing or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare aluminum and steel cylinders.
• Connect cylinders to filling manifolds.
• Fill high pressure cylinders with oxygen.
• Disconnect, test, and inspect cylinders – verify filling requirements.
• Perform post-fill processes.
• Store oxygen cylinders in the appropriate section of the department/warehouse.
• Document all work performed according to written policy.
• Maintain accurate files including lot/batch numbers and maintenance logs.
• Ensure workstations are clean, efficient, and safe.
• Perform other duties as required.
