Whistle Express is hiring an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute to a positive day for customers. This on-site, hands-on role covers welcome stations, wash and convenience duties, and routine site upkeep.

No experience is required, and a brief certification program prepares you from day one. You'll be part of a tight-knit team, work outdoors in varying weather, and take ownership of tasks to keep operations efficient and guests

Qualifications

• No experience required. A 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one.
• You take ownership, don't wait to be told twice, and don't leave things half done.
• You're physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• You're energetic, team-focused, and committed to doing the job well.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service and support sign-ups.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and maintain the area.
• Convenience Station: assist customers and manage member accounts.
• Stock and organize detail centers to ensure accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• General duties: maintain cleanliness, perform opening/closing tasks, and support daily operations.
• Maintain tunnel safety and assist with towels and other materials as needed.
