Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to be the face of guest experience across the wash tunnel and ancillary stations. You’ll guide guests through the wash, ensure smooth operation, and support membership management with a positive, energetic approach.

This role emphasizes physical activity, teamwork, and visible results on every shift, with a structured 60-day certification program to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• 60-day structured certification program provided.
• Physically active and able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome at the Welcome Station and drive sales with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Wash Station: support prep, operate wash equipment safely and efficiently, identify preexisting conditions.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage member accounts, process plan changes and cancellations, ensure CX.
• General duties: open/close, clean tunnel and work areas, maintain equipment and site safety.
