Job summary

Coastal Periodontics in Niceville, Florida, seeks an experienced periodontist for an immediate ownership opportunity with mentorship through a structured transition and full clinical autonomy. You will perform implant placement, grafting, and other periodontal procedures in a busy practice.

The role is 100% clinical with a five-day work week, offering long‑term growth, equity potential, and a smooth transition plan alongside the current owner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of periodontal experience preferred.
• Strong implant placement and periodontal surgery experience.
• Desire to build long‑term relationships with patients, referral partners, and staff.
• Interest in practice ownership and long‑term growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform implant placement, soft tissue grafting, connective tissue grafting, bone grafting, flap surgery, guided tissue regeneration, extractions, and sedation procedures.
• 100% clinical autonomy in a full-time, five-day-per-week role.
• Opportunity to work alongside current owner during a structured ownership transition.
