The role offers 100% clinical autonomy, a five-day workweek, and the chance to perform implants, grafts, and complex procedures while transitioning with the current owner.

With a base of $450,000 plus profit sharing and equity, the practice supports relocation and a six-month transition plan, backed by a long-tenured team and strong patient

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of periodontal experience preferred.
• Strong implant placement and periodontal surgery experience.
• Desire to build long-term relationships with patients, referral partners, and staff

Responsibilities

• Perform implant placement, soft tissue grafting, connective tissue grafting, bone grafting, flap surgery, guided tissue regeneration, extractions, and sedation procedures
• 100% Clinical Autonomy during ownership transition
