Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager I on the owner side to support the quality program across capital projects. You will perform surveillance of contractor and supplier activities, review quality documentation, and report status to the project quality lead.

The role suits an inspector or QC engineer who wants to write the requirements and see quality from the client perspective, coordinating with audits, records, and test data on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality control, inspection, or QA on construction or industrial projects.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
• Certification such as ICC, NICET, CWI, or CIP is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality surveillance of contractor and supplier work.
• Review QC plans, ITPs, records, and certifications for completeness.
• Track audit findings and corrective actions to closure.
• Witness hold points and document results.
• Prepare weekly quality status inputs for the project quality manager.
