Job summary

HS International is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative Quality Manager to support QA/QC oversight on large-scale wind utility and energy infrastructure projects. You will lead inspections, coordinate a team of Quality Technicians, and ensure timely documentation for turnover milestones.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction quality management within utility-scale or industrial projects, with wind-specific on-site experience and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction quality management, with a focus on utility-scale energy, infrastructure, or large industrial projects.
• Experience in QA/QC roles as an Owner Rep, EPC, or construction quality assurance role on large, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, construction standards, and inspection methodologies.
• Ability to travel and be on-site for extended durations, current driver’s license.
• Wind Specific: Ability to climb wind turbine towers up to 300+ feet multiple times per day and work comfortably in confined spaces and at extreme heights.

• Run weekly Quality Meeting with internal and external stakeholders

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative Quality Manager (QCM) to support the Owner’s Representative Construction Manager on large-scale Wind utility and energy infrastructure projects.

About the Role

In this role, you will support day-to-day Quality oversight, inspections, and review of test reports/commissioning documents. You will work closely with the site team and contractors to help track progress, maintain organized documentation, and ensure quality verifications and clear information flow between the field and internal stakeholders.

Pay range and compensation package

110-140K Salary + 20% bonus + $1,225 per week per diem + Company Truck + 6 day rotation every month + 2 weeks vacation
