Job summary

Paradigm of Idaho, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery for owner representation across all project phases in Idaho. You will serve as the primary client-facing representative, coordinating with design teams and contractors to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk management, and mentorship of project coordinators, with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, small-team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CM/Architecture/Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of construction project management, consulting, or owner's rep experience.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and communications.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong client-facing skills and professional presence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the owner's primary point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cash flows.
  • Lead regular project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
  • Review pay applications, invoices, and change orders for alignment with budget.
  • Track project risks and report issues to Senior PM/Director as needed.
  • Prepare monthly owner reports summarizing schedule and cost.
  • Support development of procurement schedules and risk management plans.
  • Provide mentorship and oversight to Project Coordinators when assigned.

Job description

Are you an experienced project manager who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and seeing complex projects come to life? Paradigm is a growing Owner's Representative firm based in Idaho, representing clients through every phase of their projects - from concept to completion.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading day-to-day project delivery on behalf of the owner. This role serves as the primary client-facing representative for assigned projects, managing communication between the owner, design team, and contractors to ensure project goals are met. The PM oversees project schedules, budgets, and quality at a high level, keeping the owner fully informed and positioned to make timely decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the owner's primary point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cash flows.
  • Lead regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication between the owner, design team, and contractors.
  • Review contractor and consultant pay applications, invoices, and change orders for accuracy and alignment with budget.
  • Track project risks and report issues to Senior PM/Director as needed.
  • Eliminate conflict and strive for fairness for all project stakeholders through proactive communication and equitable decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly owner reports summarizing schedule, cost, and key decision points.
  • Ensure owner expectations are clearly defined and communicated to all project stakeholders.
  • Support development of project delivery strategies, including procurement schedules and risk management plans.
  • Provide mentorship and oversight to Project Coordinators when assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field required (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of construction project management, consulting, or owner's rep experience.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software.
  • Strong client-facing skills with ability to facilitate meetings and represent the owner's interests professionally.
  • Strategic thinker who can anticipate project risks and recommend solutions.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex issues for owner decision-making.
  • Professional presence in client-facing settings.
  • Ability to balance multiple active projects while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
