Job summary

Pkaza LLC is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to serve as Owner's Representative in Columbus, OH. You will lead critical facility construction projects, manage budgets, schedules and vendor relations, ensuring the project meets design standards and client expectations.

The role requires extensive experience in data center construction, strong administration and communication skills, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner or as a General Contractor.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry.
• Familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects.
• Solid Construction Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with contractors and vendors to manage day-to-day activities for delivery of critical facilities projects.
• Ensure day-to-day project responsibilities are met by contractors and vendors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and negotiate contracts as needed; create and manage project schedules.
• Develop project plans including sizing, costs, budgets, scheduling, and change orders.
• Assist with reporting and RFPs to Contractors.
• Deliver Built to Suit projects with value-engineering focus.
• Drive company standards in project delivery across teams.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interests.
• Represent the company in project meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
