This role involves project management and owner’s representation services in our retail sector within the New York Metro area, ensuring the success of investors, owners, and occupants. Responsibilities include active management of planning, design, construction, and project closeout phases.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering collaboration to develop innovative solutions.
  3. Understand and manage the project management process, including roles of team members and consultants.
  4. Coordinate project dynamics to meet client goals within financial and scheduling constraints.
  5. Identify, assess, and mitigate issues related to scheduling, logistics, costs, quality, and progress; negotiate claims and change orders.
  6. Review project materials such as descriptions, drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules, contracts, and proposals.
  7. Regularly review construction documents for conformance, value engineering, and constructability.
  8. Develop and review project documents including reports, budgets, schedules, presentations, and logs.
  9. Oversee and manage project team performance and deliverables, understanding the finances of acquisitions, development, and due diligence.
