Sheakley seeks an experienced Owner's Representative Safety Manager for night shifts on a large-scale data center construction project in Ridgeville, SC. This 1099 contractor role emphasizes independent safety oversight of multiple trades and critical lifting operations during night hours.

Requirements include CHST/CSP credentials and 5–10 years in construction safety, with data center experience and owner-side oversight highly preferred. Per diem and a weekly pay structure support the role.

Qualificações

• BCSP credential required (CHST or CSP).
• 5–10 years of construction safety experience.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience required.
• Owner's Representative/Owner-side safety oversight on a data center project preferred.
• Experience conducting audits, risk assessments and contractor evaluations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent owner-side safety oversight during all night shift operations.
• Monitor safety performance of general contractors, subcontractors and trades.
• Conduct audits, inspections, observations and risk assessments.
• Review safety programs, lift plans, AHAs/JHAs and corrective actions.
• Oversee steel erection, pipe installation and critical lifts.
• Identify systemic risks and escalate project-wide concerns.
• Collaborate with owner representatives, contractor leadership and stakeholders.
• Recommend actions to improve safety performance and ensure compliance.
