Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager/Owner’s Representative to lead office infrastructure construction projects in Johnson City, Tennessee. This 6-12 month temporary/contract role involves managing design, construction, occupancy, and closeout with a hybrid on-site schedule in Johnson City, TN.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of relevant experience, exposure to office construction, and strong skills in scheduling, cost control, and coordination with clients.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; LEED AP / PMP / CCM preferred.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative on office construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope, budget, schedule, and risk plans.
• Define resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Mentor team members and ensure governance and data integrity.
