Job summary

Grid Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of a U.S.-based transformer manufacturing facility from the owner's perspective. You will manage engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up activities, coordinating with U.S.

and Asia teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with strategic goals. The role requires a strong technical background in manufacturing facilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of project or construction management experience in power transformer/distribution transformer facilities.
• Familiarity with EPC, manufacturing processes, and energy/utility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planning, development, and execution of the U.S. transformer facility project from the owner's perspective.
• Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, deliverables, and key risks.
• Coordinate engineering, factory renovation, infrastructure development, production area setup, equipment procurement and installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Work with the factory development partner, engineering firms, contractors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Oversee factory design, utilities, and production areas to meet project and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with U.S. and Asia teams for cross-border project execution.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules and changes; identify issues and drive resolutions.
• Coordinate with local professionals on U.S. construction, permitting, safety, environmental requirements.
• Lead project meetings, track actions, and provide status updates to management.
• Support management on other projects as needed.
