The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience, ensure compliance with design standards and advocate for owners by coordinating with contractors and designers. Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience managing building design or construction projects.
• Active PMP Certification or scheduled to obtain within six months of contract award.
• 5+ years of project management experience as an Owner Representative.

• Manage project aspects including estimating and scheduling.
• Ensure projects meet design and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with designers and contractors.
