This role focuses on coordination and risk management, acting as the owner's representative for various installations, including rooftop and battery energy storage systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4-8 years of relevant experience.

The position offers a competitive compensation package of $115-145k base plus bonus and equity. Remote work options and flexible hours are available, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in delivering solar or construction projects.
• Experience with rooftop and/or carport solar.
• Ability to manage contractors and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s Representative for C&I solar and BESS projects.
• Coordinate execution activities with EPCs and vendors.
• Track and manage project schedules and risks.
