Job summary

Harmony Homes seeks a Facilities & Infrastructure Construction Manager to be the Owner's primary technical advisor, bridging the master plan with ground-level execution across site-wide infrastructure and core facilities. You will protect the developer's financial and operational interests while guiding design and construction to meet strict timelines.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage Tier-1 contractors, and navigate regulatory and safety requirements, aiming for on-time delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
8–12+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale infrastructure or master-planned developments.
Experience as Owner's Representative, Project Director, or Chief of Staff for developers or asset owners.

Responsibilities

Act as the Owner's technical advisor and translate master plan visions into actionable engineering phases.
Represent the Owner in high-stakes meetings with municipal leaders, utility executives, and legal counsel.
Lead Build vs. Buy and value engineering to optimize infrastructure spend and ROI.
Direct site-wide horizontal infrastructure operations and ensure vertical facility integration with master infrastructure.
