POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Owner Relations Agent, you'll support and communicate with owners across our 750+ managed properties while working closely with our onboarding team, executive leadership, and cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure each property's needs are met. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong owner relationships through clear, professional communication and collaboration, while also serving as the welcoming face of Liquid Life in our office—creating a positive, family-style experience for both owners and guests.

On a typical day, you'll manage the front desk, organize and prioritize your tasks, and balance a fast-paced mix of calls, owner communications, and guest needs. You'll keep owners informed, accurately track property updates in our systems, and respond with a helpful, solution-focused mindset. RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience and achievement
