Qualifications

• Own Sprinter or Cargo Van and able to operate as an independent contractor.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. and age 21+.
• Able to speak/read basic English; Russian speakers welcomed.
• Vehicle registered and insured; vehicle age <= 2016 per rules.
• Minimum 6 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Accept loads from VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER under an independent contract.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Negotiate loads and rates with dispatchers as applicable.
