Job summary

Victoria Logistics Carrier is seeking Sprinters/Cargo Van owner-operators in the United States. This independent contractor position offers competitive per-mile rates and the ability to negotiate rates with our dispatchers. A large volume of loads and experienced dispatchers with broker contacts are provided.

If you own a Sprinter or cargo van and meet the requirements, you can join our network. We require drivers with at least 6 months of driving experience, age 21+, and legal work

Qualifications

• You must own a Sprinter or cargo van.
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card holder or have work authorization.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• Speak, understand, and read basic English (Russian speakers welcome).
• Independent contractor agreement; not a company driver.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement with Victoria Logistics Carrier.
• Accept loads from Victoria Logistics Carrier and manage load assignments.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and comply with safety, PPE, and vehicle requirements.
