Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contractor agreement with competitive rates. You can negotiate rates with our dispatchers as loads are plentiful and dispatchers have 4+ years of experience.

We offer loads with per-mile pay (e.g., $0.85–$1.35) and timely payment (3–5 business days). To qualify, you must own a Sprinter/Cargo Van, be 21+, legally eligible to work in the US, and speak basic English. Russian speakers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Must have US citizenship, residency, green card or work authorization.
• Driver age 21 or older.
• Must speak/read/basic English; Russian speakers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Load and unload as needed and maintain vehicle compliance.
