VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinters and Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contractor agreement. We offer competitive per-mile rates and a large number of loads, with dispatchers who have 4+ years of experience.

Rates depend on miles and areas, including Canada rates for Sprinters. Payments are 3-5 business days, with quick pay at 3%. Candidates must be 21+, U.S. citizen/resident/green card or work authorization, and fluent in English; Russian speakers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Owner-operator driving with Sprinter/Cargo Van is required.
• Must be US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• Basic English reading/writing/speaking required; Russian speakers welcome.
• All drivers must be approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier to accept loads.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator Sprinter/Cargo Van.
• Negotiate or work with dispatchers to obtain loads.
• Meet vehicle and safety requirements per company policy.
• Accept loads under independent contractor agreement.
